Perfect Winter meal

Roasted Spring Chicken, served family-style with fresh, organic, Dalat root vegetables and a delicious pan jus.

Roast chicken goes with a lot of wine, but why not try a white burgundy to balance out some of that rich chicken fat herby vegetables. Or if you feel like a heavier red, try an Italian Barolo, the most grand expression of Nebbiolo from Italy's northwest region of Piedmont. Perfect for the colder days.

We are open for dinner Monday to Saturday, and lunch Friday & Saturday at the moment.

We have the ground floor bar area, upstairs dining room and private dining in our 2nd floor glass-walled wine cellar.
